Our main service is listing the advertisements posted by property agents / owners. Contacting an agent / owner or reserving their services will be at your own discretion.

srilankaproperties.lk has rights to refuse / edit / delete or removes any advertisement from the website that violate the terms and conditions, with or without notice.

srilankaproprties.lk will not mediate any dispute between buyer and seller, and cannot be held liable for any claim of losers, damages or wrongdoing on behalf of either party.

If you make postings to srilankaproperties.lk knowingly providing false details, fake or bogus property ads we reserve the right to pass your details to the aggrieved third party, their agents or any law enforcement agency and ban you from the site. We advise all sellers, buyers, tenants to get professionals legal advice from attorney at laws before committing any payments or transaction.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you do not agree with any part of this agreement or the service then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.
